What data we process

If you send us an enquiry through the booking form on this website, we process the data you enter: full name, dates of stay, number of persons, phone, e-mail and your message.

If you contact us by phone or e-mail, we process the data you provide in that communication.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to answer your enquiry, check availability and, where applicable, conclude and perform an accommodation contract. The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data required by specific legislation (e.g. guest registration and local fees) is processed to comply with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention

Data from enquiries that do not result in a booking is kept for no longer than 1 year after submission. Data related to a completed stay is kept for the period required by law (in particular accounting and tax rules).

Recipients and processors

Submitted forms are stored in Google Forms, operated by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), acting as a processor. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Requests can be sent to info@hotel-admiral.cz.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz).
